Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours will result in a 100% charge of the booked service.

Clients who miss their appointment
without notice will be responsible for 100% of the service total.

Each appointment may be rescheduled up to two times. After the second reschedule, full payment will
be required to secure any future bookings.
